Wallsend FC Girls Development Clinic

After a successful 2016 program, Wallsend FC WPL is excited to announce the 2nd Girls Development Program to commence in November 2017. Offering all existing and new Development players from the age groups of U10 to U13 the opportunity to develop and improve their game for the 2018 season.

This year’s program will run over a 5-week period and sessions will go for 2 hours (10 hours of football in total) commencing Wednesday 5:30pm 1st of November 2017 and will conclude on 7:30pm 29th of November 2017.

Sessions will be held at The Gardens Football Ground, Birmingham Gardens and will be based on the following skill components –

  • Passing and striking of the ball
  • Running with the ball
  • 1st touch
  • 1v1 attacking and defending

All sessions have been prepared incorporating FFA Community and Advanced coaching information and will be delivered by our friendly and competent WPL female coaching staff.

Players will also receive –

  • Joma Wallsend Academy Shirt “New Pink Colour for 2017”
  • Training ball
  • Academy Drink bottle and bag
  • Homework skills sheet
  • Certificate of program completion

Program cost is $190.00 per player

Registration –

Please register early to avoid disappointment as age groups will be capped. Final date for registration is Sunday 29th of October 2017

Once registered the club will contact you with details to pay an initial $100 deposit and finer details of the program.
